The past couple of weeks at Vista Hills, I have learned a great deal from my internship with them. I have a new found respect for the people who put the hard work toward making a good bottle of wine. I never knew how long the process takes for making any sort of wine especially with Pinot Noir or Pinot Gris. The fermentation part takes the most time out of the entire process. It has been time consuming and physically demanding but it has been worth it so far. I look forward to what is ahead of me even though it is a mystery.

I know that I haven't written very much about my internship but these posts will happen more often. I hope everyone has a nice weekend!!
